Walt Massey Automotive / Red Cross Blood Drive

Walt Massey Automotive in Lucedale is hosting a Labor Day Weekend blood drive to benefit the American Red Cross Southeast Mississippi Chapter. Event dates are Saturday, September 5th and Monday, September 7th, 2009. Times for both days will be 10:00am until 3:00 pm. WKNN radio will be broadcasting live from the dealership Saturday from 10-noon. WMJY will be broadcasting Monday from 10-noon. Radio stations will have a prize machine at the event both days.
The first 40 people to donate blood each day will receive a free tee shirt and Walt Massey will donate $20 to the Red Cross for every test drive during the event, up to $1500. Other prizes will be given away including free oil changes, $20 WalMart gift cards, as well as inclusion in the registration for the $1,000 in Free Gas to be given away through the Red Cross. Local establishments such as Hokies Barbeque and Pizza Hut will be contributing refreshments to the event on both days.
Walt Massey Automotive has enjoyed working with the Red Cross in previous years and invites everyone in the area to help with this great cause and make it very successful. Walt Massey Automotive is located at 11241 Old Hwy. 63 S., Lucedale, MS, across from WalMart.
